How to use:
Wash the face with soap and warm water, then dry it well, and then wet the nose completely. If the nose is not completely wet, the patch may not stick and will not be effective.
Ensure your hands are dry, then peel the strip off the plastic card.
Place the shiny side of the strip on your wet nose, using your fingertips to press the strip to ensure air bubbles are removed.
Leave the strip on for 10-15 minutes until the strip is completely dry.
