Shipping and Delivery Policy – Asrarco Store
At Asrarco, we always strive to ensure your orders arrive as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here are the details of our shipping and delivery policy:
1. Order Processing and Handover Time
Your order will be processed and handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 24 hours.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
Within Riyadh: Delivery will be within 48 hours via our delivery representatives.
Other regions of the Kingdom: Shipping and delivery takes 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping and Delivery Fees
For orders within Riyadh: Shipping fees within Riyadh are 19, including VAT.
Approximate cost within the Kingdom: Shipping fees to other regions of the Kingdom are 20, including VAT.
Cash on Delivery: This service is available, and the shipping cost will be displayed to you before completing your purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery Coverage
Within the Kingdom: We ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. Receiving Shipments and Responsibility
Inspecting the Shipment Upon Receipt: Upon the customer's receipt of the shipment from the shipping company, they acknowledge that the shipment (carton) is intact, in good condition, and unopened.
Rejecting Damaged Shipments: The shipment should not be accepted from the shipping company if there is any sign of damage to the carton (such as it being weak, torn, or worn).
Customer Responsibility for Returns: If the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer's failure to respond, repeated delays in delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs according to the store's policy.
Customer Failure to Deliver: Asrarco Store is not responsible if the shipping company is unable to deliver the order on time due to an error or delay on the customer's part.
6. Calculating Shipment Weight
Excess Weight: If the shipment exceeds 10 kilograms, an additional 2 riyals will be added to the total cost for each additional kilogram. This excludes shipments within Riyadh, where no additional weight charges apply.
Actual Weight Determination: The weights stated on the products are those provided by the manufacturers, but at Asrarco, we reweigh the products. The weight stated in the product information and shipping label is the actual weight used to calculate shipping costs.
