How to Use:
Cut a piece of dental floss about 45cm (18 inches) long.
Wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving about 2.5cm (1 inch) of floss taut between them.
Gently insert the floss between your teeth using a zigzag motion, avoiding pushing too hard to avoid damaging your gums.
Curve the floss into a “C” shape around the side of each tooth, gently moving it up and down the side of the tooth and under the gum line.
Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
Rinse your mouth with water after you have finished cleaning all your teeth.
